
Have you ever wonder how many KMs can you run in 100 days? This is an event to encourage all to stay on a healthy lifestyle by going outdoors for a good exercise and yet with the kind of flexibility that it can offer – your time, your place, you decide.
Welcome to the 3rd edition of the 100 Days Challenge! We are back with this exciting challenge. It is 100 days / 3 months, a minimum of 500km! That is just a 5km per day of exercise – you can do it.
